The review paper "Technical and dosimetric considerations in IMRT treatment planning for large target volumes" by Harish K. Malhotra et al. (J AP CLIN MED PHYS, VOL 6 2005) will be discussed.
Seminar Announcement
We are are pleased to introduce a new research seminar series: Physics in Medicine.
The goals of the interdisciplinary seminar are to (1) connect medical
physicists at UWMC and nearby institutions, (2) educate each other, (3)
explore new areas for basic and translational research, and (4) to open
opportunities for further discussion and collaboration. Graduate
students, residents, postdoctoral fellows and physicians are encouraged
to attend.
The meetings are planned for the third or fourth Wednesday of each month from 5 PM to 6 PM in the UWMC Plaza Cafe meeting rooms (so food and beverages are nearby).

will be followed by a review/tutorial "Quantitative Accuracy of
