Figure 4. SPECT/Gamma camera imaging of a dog transplanted with In-111 labeled mesenchymal stromal cells following whole body radiation. Mesenchymal stromal cells were isolated at FHCRC, labeled with In-111 oxine at UW Radiology Neuroimaging and Biotechnology Laboratory, and imaging was performed at UW Radiology SPECT Imaging Laboratory. The radioactive animal transport between the FHCRC canine facility and UW was performed by UW Radiation Safety Office. (Mielcarek, Rajendran, Pipavath, Lewellen, Minoshima et al.) currently on-going.
