Mission and Vision Statement

MISSION

We are an academic healthcare service whose primary mission within the bounds of fiscally responsible practices is to provide:

1. Compassionate, safe, and timely performance diagnostic and therapeutic radiological procedures that are highly-valued by both patients and referring care providers;

2. Easily accessible, cost effective, and accurate radiological services and consultations;

3. Education about the optimal practice of radiology for our patients, staff, students, residents, fellows, other healthcare providers both internal and external to the institution, and the public; and

4. New knowledge through research directed at strategic clinical needs defined in collaboration with our clinical and administrative colleagues.

VISION

To be recognized by the people we serve, peer institutions, government agencies and the delivery and management of therapeutic and diagnostic services.
