Staff Recruitment

To initiate a new staff hire,

New Hires

Once you’ve notified us that a new staff member will be joining the department, we can help you make arrangements for their arrival, including:

  • Building Access (keys, proximity cards, badges).
  • Facilities needs, such as office space, network connectivity, telephone, and mail box.
  • UW systems accounts, such as a UW email account.
  • Regulatory Requirements, such as HIPAA, Privacy and Confidentiality Agreements.

Ongoing HR Support

We can provide information and support for HR changes and ongoing requirements such as the following:

  1. Job Changes: Reclassifications, promotions, in-grade salary changes, transfers within the department, separations, layoffs, FTE reductions, and family leave
  2. Access Changes: Building keys, proximity cards, ID badges
  3. Yearly Performance Evaluations
