Grants.gov
For Grants.gov proposals, please provide the final proposal (including final research plan) on CD ROM (or e-mail if the file is smaller than 10 MB).  We will then review the budget, forward the file to OSP, and provide printed proposal copies to unit reviewers.

Other Electronic Proposals

Please provide access to the electronic proposal or provide a printed copy for us to route to unit reviewers.  OSP will require access in order to approve the proposal.

Paper Proposals
Please provide a copy of the complete proposal for routing. The research contract / research plan can be in draft form for routing purposes, but all other sections must be in final form.
