Description: Purpose:To get well trained pediatric interventional radiologists into practice and offer minimally invasive treatment to kids. Other trainees:3 or 4 Pediatric radiology fellows , 3 adult interventional radiology fellows, full residency Clinical infrastructure: Vascular anomalies and pediatric interventional radiology clinic Type of call: Adult IR Subspeciality background of PIR attendings: All 5 pediatric radiology fellowship trained; 2 with 1 year IR fellowship training, 2 with 6 months IR fellowship training. Subspeciality interests: RF ablation, tumor biopsy, chemoembolization, renal vascular intervention, vascular anomaly diagnosis and treatment, cecostomy, neuroangiography, and infant interventions. Niche areas: hepatic and intestinal transplant program, oncology and bone marrow transplant program, vascular anomalies treatment for 4 state region Research opportunities: laboratory:ultrasound guided HIFU, clinical: RFA clinical phase 2 pediatric protocol
