UW MSK Fellowship Information

Information about the UW Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship

General Information

We have filled all Fellowship positions for the year 2011-2012. 


However, we do unexpectedly have an open fellowship position to fill for the upcoming academic year between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011.  Fellowship applicants will need certification in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology by July 1, 2010 and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington by July 1, 2010 and must follow the application process below.  If you're interested and have already applied recently, please email Savannah Goodwin at savg@u.washington.edu

      We are no longer accepting applications for the Fellowship year 2011-2012.  We will begin accepting applications for 2012-2013 on July 1, 2010.

       

      Your application packet must include:

      1. UW Application.
      2. A hard copy of your CV (please email a Word attachment version to Savannah Goodwin at savg@u.washington.edu as well).

      3. Personal statement.
      4. Recent signed & dated photograph.
      5. Official Medical School Transcript (no copies please).  This may be sent separately by your institution.

      The first 5 items may be mailed to Savannah Goodwin at the address on the application.  Letters should be mailed separately.

      6. One letter from your residency Program Director, or current director.
      7. Two additional letters of recommendation.

      Note: All requested letters should be mailed to Dr. Felix Chew directly, by their authors. 

       

      Minimum Requirements:
      1. Certification in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology by July 1, 2011.
       2. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington by July 1, 2011.
