Multiple calcified and non-calcified oil cysts are present throughout the breast parenchyma, consistent with Steatocystoma Multiplex.

Trauma may cause fat necrosis and multiple oil cysts, but the pattern tends to be unilateral, with oil cysts where the automobile shoulder strap lies across the breast.
