The work-up of this Focal Asymmetry should include an ultrasound at this time. If the ultrasound shows a mass or other suspicious finding then it would be considered BI-RADS 4, Suspicious, and a biopsy should be performed. If the ultrasound is entirely negative, this would fit into a "Probably Benign" category.
