The work-up of this Focal Asymmetric Density should include an ultrasound at this time. If the ultrrasound shows a mass or other suspicious finding then it would be considered BI-RADS 4, Suspicious, and a biopsy should be peroformed. If the ultrasound is entirely negative, this would fit into a "Probably Benign" category.

This density was called benign, however. This is one year later:
