Case 50 Answer

BI-RADS 4, Suspicious. Now this FAD is bigger. Now, if we had called this Probably Benign originally, we probably would have picked up on this growth 6 months sooner. If we had chanced to see some finding on ultrasound perhaps we would have caught it a year ago.

This was called stable. The patient did not come back for 3 more years. Her screening views and subsequent ultrasound:
