These calcifications are Suspicious (BI-RADS 4), and should be
biopsied. The best way to sample these would be with stereotactic
guidance. The chance of malignancy for amorphous calcifications is
about 20% (Berg, et. al.

The specimen radiograph documents multiple calcifications in 4/6 core samples.
