BI-RADS 4, Suspicious. Well, now we see three clusters of heterogeneous calcifications in the upper outer quadrant, far from the location if the ADH found in the inner breast. This is suspicious.

A stereotactic biopsy yielded DCIS! The saga continues! Can you tell this is one of my favorite cases?

Now, are you worried about all those other masses?  What would you do?

• Core needle biopsy the other masses
• Surgically excise the other masses
• Localization and surgical excision of the two sites: fibroadenoma and ADH at 9:00 and DCIS in the UOQ.  Follow the other masses with a 6-month ultrasound.
• MRI prior to surgery
