This mass is lobular and equal in density to the surrounding glandular tissue. Margins are about 75% circumscribed. If you were worried that a portion of the margin was a bit indistinct, that is OK. The only option which included indistinct margins was answer c, which is wrong because the mass is definitely not low in density. We'll keep this picture in mind as we further evaluate this mass.
