Recommend ultrasound to distinguish between simple cyst and solid mass. If the mass is a simple cyst or a lymph node with a fatty hilum, no further mammographic work-up would be necessary.

- BI-RADS 2 - Benign - Recommend 12 month follow-up
- BI-RADS 3 - Probably Benign - Recommend 6 month follow-up
- BI-RADS 4 - Suspicious - Recommend ultrasound-guided needle biopsy
