BI-RADS 4, Suspicious. Recommend ultrasound-guided needle biopsy. Remember, although this mass is circumscribed, it has also increased in size. Any solid mass that is growing is suspicious.

This turned out to be a benign reactive lymph node. Occasionally, a benign lymph node will lack the usual fatty hilum.
