Place a BB over the mass seen on ultrasound, and repeat the mammogram. Since this is not a simple cyst, we always recommend spot compression magnification views to further evaluate the mammographic margins. In this case a tangential view was obtained to confirm that the ultrasound finding corresponds to the mammographic mass.
