Interviews are granted based on the strength of the application and supporting materials listed below. All materials must be received by our program before your application will be considered. You will be contacted directly if you are granted an interview.

Current Curriculum Vitae
Personal Statement. Please include why you are interested in Abdominal Imaging and describe your professional plans and goals.
3 Letters of Reference. One of these should be from your current Program Director.
For foreign applicants, an ECFMG certificate and USMLE 1, 2 and 3 are required.
All applicants must be Radiology Board Certified in their home country and must obtain a Washington State Medical License prior to their start date. All offers of employment are contingent upon board certification, acquisition of an approved visa (if the applicant is foreign), and Washington state licensure. Accepted applicants will go through our administrative department to obtain their WSML.
